How can search box in WordPress find image description text?

How can I get the text in the Image Description, Caption, and Alt text to be searchable by the Search Box (Type and press enter to search.) on the website and search engines.
See http://dev.nataliebork.com/ and click on any image to see the slideshow. The words in the image description are not found, but the words on the page can be found.
I think I need to add Yoast SEO to make the text searchable within the images?
