    Hi all
My topic title is pretty self explanatory.
I want to upload a simple PSD file so my readers can download it though when I tried I got a 'file type not allowed' error.
I had a little search around this forum and Google though couldn't find a good solution. Surely there is a simple way?
    Any advice much appreciated.

From which source did you get this error?

From the WordPress media library uploader.

Being Photoshop proprietary files, PSD files won't be parsed by browsers. That is why you could not upload them. Convert them to jpg, gif, etc. and upload if that helps.

I need it to be in PSD format so my readers can download and edit it. I have seen this done on other WordPress sites.

    Maybe as zip files.

Example of where you saw this?

Thanks for the link though I don't think that's quite what I'm after. I'll try zipping it.
