How can I turn off autoplay for thumbnails?

Hello,
In the widget there is a setting to enable or disable autoplay for the primary video. I need to find a way to disable autoplay for all videos.
When a user clicks a thumbnail it loads that thumbnail’s video in the main player and begins to play the video. This is the correct behavior.
However I need to make the all videos NOT autoplay until the actual video is clicked on.
How can I turn off autoplay when thumbnails are clicked?
