Permanent Link that is in the title, how do I change that link so it goes to a different URL. How do I take that link completely out.

Just take the link code out from around the_title.
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags

the_title does not automatically put a permalink on itself.

    You mean the stuff that's in the header? Like this <a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>"><?php bloginfo('name'); ?></a>?

Just put the actual address in between the double quotes. You can take the bloginfo stuff out too if you want to.

TO TAKE THE LINK OUT OF THE TITLE I DELETED THIS:

I am using the MinimaPlus Template

    Line 6 - (was in the title tags) <?php bloginfo('name'); ?><?php wp_title(); ?>
    Line 19 <script type="text/javascript" src="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>/wp-content/themes/MinimaPlus/nicetitle.js"></script>
    Line 20 - <link rel="stylesheet" href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>/wp-content/themes/MinimaPlus/nicetitle.css" />
    Line 32 - <div id="blogTitle">" title="<?php bloginfo('name'); ?>"><?php bloginfo('name'); ?></div>

How would I put a link in the blog title that goes to a certain URL of my choice.

    For example:
    I want this blog title:
Can you tell me about Davids FREE System Trading Newsletters

    to link to this URL:
    http://www.systemtradingblog.com/?page_id=56

Take a look at my Google Blog:
    http://stockmarketquoteresearch.blogspot.com

All the blog titles are linking to the certain blog article of my choice.

How do I do the same thing for my blog?
