how can I show only post from single category ?

    here is what I like to do :

    – have a single database
    – three separate wordpress sites ( site1.com site2.com and site3.com ) that use the same database
    – each website only displays articles that have that category ( ex category site1 for site1.com, site2 for site2.com and so on )

    the idea is to have the following:

    site1.com is my personal site, which displays all the articles posted ( easy 🙂 ) about photography, food and wine. all the articles will be posted here and labled with categories they belong to but still this site will display everything.

    site2.com is my photography site, which only display the articles in the database that have the category site2, which in turn is only photography related stuff

    site3.com is my food site, which only display the articles in the database that have teh category site3, which in turn is only food related stuff.

    how can I restrict then site2 and site3 ONLY to show things from one category ? tried searching plugins and stuff and can’t find anything.
