   Hi there,

   What I wanted to do is to have my main page where all my posts in all category can be seen. Yet I also wanted to organize specifc categories on specific pages. For example, if I post an article I want it to show up on my main page AND on the "Articles" page which my visitors can access via the "Articles" button from the top bar menu.

   And I would also want

   Anyone know how I could do this?

   Simply file your posts under the relevant categories and ensure that you are displaying a list of links to all of your categories. WordPress should handle the rest.
