how can i prevent wp from filtering ids from image and file tags ?

    wordpress filters out the attachment-id from image and file-link tags
    like ‘img id=”image11″ src=’ becomes automaticaly ‘img src=’
    it filters only posts of autors
    it keeps the id’s in posts of admins and editor

    how can i switch this filter off ?
