Is this possible to make a video website in WordPress, i have a shared host-gator hosting. can i make? i also see other YouTube clone themes but they are php script and i dnt know about how to work in php. If i install the flow player in my hosting and just upload a videos it will work on site. is this work idea?
if yes then how can i do this>?

Yes, there are several solutions for streaming videos that you're hosting yourself. Keep in mind though that you'll almost certainly quickly overwhelm the bandwidth available from shared hosting.
