I recently started a webmaster blog, its got some nice unique content and theres a good few interviews to come (one from Jeff of Aviva Directory and another from Matt of WordPress).
What i'd like to know is how i can improve my blog in terms of blog features (not content). Are there any specific plugins that i should be using to attract or bring back visitors to my blog? Should i be adding digg links or similar to bring more visitors via social bookmarking?
I'd love to hear some suggestions,

I know you didn't ask for design suggestions, but for me those diagonal lines behind the small text make it hard to read. And, I didn't see any pictures in the articles. You might be going for the feed-readers more?

The sphere related content plugin is working well for me. it will open a overlay on the screen with suggested topics, and when you click on one, it will open it in another window - ack - I cant remember what these side by side windows are called!

I recently added a MyBlogLog widget. I think people do like to see who else is visiting your site.
If you do a search for WordPress widgets, you'll find lots of ideas.
