How can I get these same share buttons?

Hello! Thanks for any help here. I’m trying to find out what plugin creates the same “share” buttons as seen here at the bottom http://www.labnol.org/internet/embed-twitter-screenshots/13608/. If anyone can help that would be great! I tried viewing source but that did not help. I know that I’ve seen this before!
