How can I get a different Slideshow in the sidebar for each post?

This is a great plug in for my purposes.

Question: is there functionality to make a different slideshow for different posts or pages, and have it show up in the sidebar? I am using Twenty Thirteen.

I understand how to make different galleries, and how to use shortcodes in the content areas of pages or posts, but I need them to be in the sidebar.

Can that work somehow?
