    It’s a CSS floated, transparent PNG. Note it looks like poo in IE, by the way. If what I said doesn’t make a bunch of sense, maybe investigate some CSS resources on the web.

    ps finally, IE 7 is said to have png support

    png support, yes, css1 support yes – css2 support…a select choice of elements
