    Are you talking about the pop up window that comes up after a few seconds?
    If so, have a look at this plugin -http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/anything-popup/

    @christine – Thank you for the link 🙂 Anyway I need a pop up window plugin that is more provides more features than that.

    Core features needed:

    *auto pop up when visitor visits the site the first time
    *style can be customized easily

    Anyway are you a developer? Do you think it will be easier if I’ll just code the plugin myself? Since I think what I need is more customized.
