• I have lots of static pages in which I am calling the WordPress header, footer, sidebar, etc…

But I want to know how to customize the TITLE and META tags. Javascript is not an option because it’s useless for search engine purposes.

Please be as detailed / explicit as possible. I do not know PHP at all, but I can copy and paste it wherever it needs to go.

Does anyone know how to do this?

    YAWN.

Does anyone know where the most active WordPress forums are?

    Thanks

    (No snyde remarks please).

I have been working on the same problem and am trying to use the exec-php plugin to do a rewrite of the title and meta tags. Will let you know if/when I get it to work.

Question for you – how are you calling the wp-header/footer/sidebar? I have had to paste into each page as I have not been able to inherit the wp environment variables.

    Thanks!

    Allen
