How can I change this theme like this image ?

    I not see the image for some reason, but by theme suppose that you mean the widgets, and those you add by going to the admin page, under appearance –> Widgetrs, and then you will see 2 sidebars, .
    By drag-and drop you can change position, and add widgets..
    Some features, like twitter for example, will require a PLUGIN.
