AND, how can i add custom home page, and that page to not be listed on menu ....

A screenshot is of no use. What might help is a link to a page demonstrating the problem and a reasonably detailed description of the issue.

If you mean having static home page then you will need to create Home Page add content publish.
If you want still have blog page then create blank page name it what ever you want.Click on settings >>>>Reading and select static page
front page select Home from dropdown
post page select the blank page you created.
and save now you will have custom Home page. -

i need static page, home custom page, this page i add in home to not be on menu list....
