How can I bulk delete new spam registered users?

Over the last couple of days I been hit with a few hundred spam users. It’s too time consuming to delete them only by one but when I tried to use to bulk delete built into WP it hangs (I think because it goes to the “What should be done with posts owned by cfcfchgfgh?” and there too many blogs).

The only plugin I could find that said it could to it was “Delete Spam Users”, but it didn’t work.

I also tried “Clobber Spam Users” but it only suggested deleting myself.

So, I’m asking if anyone knows of a plugin that works or a back-end way to do it.
