how can i add post for new page in wordpress blog (1 post)

    i am getting a problem.
    i have added a new page in my blog.
    i want to make post on my that page also as i make post on my welcome page.

    means it should like this that when ever i add a new post there should a option for me to select the page on which it should appears..

    please guide me is it possible.
    i can edit the a bit.
