How can custom search box in user page on admin.

Can you help me custom search box user page in admin like this

I have custom search search box for custom post_type, but i don’t know how to do it with user page.

I need search for user category/taxonomy, I had create taxonomy for user (for help http://justintadlock.com/archives/2011/10/20/custom-user-taxonomies-in-wordpress)
