   OK..I am a newbie..our webmaster designed most of this site..but then left town without finished..I am left holding the bag and doing my darnedest to get us noticed..
   Will someone tell me how my SEO is working??I used the All in One SEO plugin for WP and "think" I am on the right trail...

   Very Nice accept I would suggest adding a sitemap at the bottom

   Jake, what's the best sitemap plugin to use?
   Can you post an example of a site that uses it?

   `http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/ Then it will tell you the location of you're sitemap and then paste a small link to it in you're footer and excellent web Site.

   Can you show me a website that is using this?

   So, site map is displayed on the website for a user, but the XML is also used behind the scenes for Google for easier SEO indexing?
