somebody can tell me where can i find a good theme of 'houses,cars etc. for sale by owner' listing. i searched in google and i found billions of "real estate" themes which selling by agents. i so need it. thanks.
oh, and i prefer it'll be free.

Posted 7 months ago #thanks, but actuaally i am looking for one which allows poeple to post thier ads by themselves and more important that the search wull be wise like: room number, location. do i have too high requests? i have theme because i found a lot af agents themes which were very wise and it looks weird to me that there is no one normal theme which allows to buy&sell by owner. can you explain this phenomenon?
