Not experienced with php and am not sure if this is an easy enhancement or a major pain. It would be nice if one could track hours during the life of the ticket (.5 hours for initial response, + 1 hour work = 1.5 hours) or even just work with whole numbers. That way if the person who initiated the ticket looks at it they would see how much time has been spent on the project to date.
To get even more convoluted, break down the time into Travel, On Site, Research etc.. I may be asking too much or dreaming ;P
