Hosting theme

I ma not sure if their is such a thing but am looking to set up a hosting service for a small niche. I am looking to manage the via wordpress so looking for a hosting theme that can manage the payment and support side of this is their such a thing or maybe a plugin that can help me with this. Basically i want to use wordpress as my site and host sites running wordpress. All i need really is a way to display packages, a away for the users to pay via paypal on a recurring basis and a way of offering support tickets or similar. Also would be great if their was some way to disable their site if they cancel subscription payment. Actualy now i am typing this it seems this might be to complex a task for wordpress hmm and ideas welcome.
