   I'm looking for a UK host for my website which I want to build on wordpress.org.

   Must be cheap, simple to use & user friendly!

   Any suggestions would be much appreciated

   Actually, you could be hosted anywhere in the world - it doesn't really matter.
   Search for hosting in the forum.

   True it doesn't really matter where it is hosted.

   However, if you have a uk-related blog with a non uk-based domain (ie .com) and host it outside the UK, your ranking in UK specific search engines may be penalised.
