Hosting Get Suspended 5 times due to resource overlimit

since last year, my blog have been suspended 5times due to using hosting resource overlimit.

my last hosting company tell that, in peak hour, i will use 500-600mb RAM in 2-3minutes. I dont know which plugin are causing this.

and also i get this information with my hosting provider:

Is this a cron for removing duplicates. If so please disable this as it loads the server as well. Fixing those two things and you will be fine.

They are still going on. Please remove this from your admin panel. This is causing high loads. Please resolve or you will need to be moved to a VPS or Dedicated

i dont know how to remove this duplicate entry, when i search the p.ID using phpmyadmin, there are no key are using p.ID

please help me, im tired of changing hosting. Sorry for my bad english
