My host has suspended me for going over 10% of the CPU's usage twice now. Are there ways I can prevent this? Their customer support is terrible and referred me to the WordPress forums for help.
... if you have recommendations for better (cheap) hosting that would be appreciated, as well.

In the W3 settings area you can choose to use Disk or CPU for the cache....see if you have it set to CPU.
do you know which tab it's under?

The Author of W3 Total Cache has many help topics on how to use it properly (and yes, a ^&** host is going to bark at a site with traffic and W3), find a good one.
I believe that's where I got my host from a couple years back but they're not on there anymore... interesting.... haha (I use JustHost)
