Are you using free hosting? If so, WordPress won’t always play nicely with it and you may need to be prepared to do a bit of tweaking of files to get it working. The trouble is, free hosts tend to inject their own code to your pages, which conflicts with WordPress. The easiest solution would be to cough up just a few pounds or dollars a month and get some proper hosting.
If you are already using paid hosting, then you might want to speak to your host first. Removing that analytics code at the bottom may/may not help, as it’s inserted after the closing html tag and invalidating your page. Might be worth checking your htaccess too.
