Host Blaming WordPress for Wacky Theme Problem, HELP!

I’ve got a dozen blogs spread over two servers and the blogs on ONE of them have the issue. It happens with existing blogs as well as BRAND NEW INSTALLS of 2.0.4 via FTP or Fantastico.

The host, TotalChoiceHosting, is apparently trying their best (I want to give them the benefit of the doubt) but I’m getting extremely frustated.

Can anyone tell me what to tell the host to check, or at least, point them in the right direction?
