   All my posts seem to have been corrupted by a virus that replaces navigation items, copy and other elements with random mentions of Prozac and other drugs.

   The site no long displays this information in the page to users but I'm not sure if it's still there.

   It has totally destroyed my SEO! And brought my domain authority down from 52 to 34.

   I'm not sure if it's a plugin problem, database issue or other.
   Has anyone seen anything like this before?

   Unfortunately, that's a common hack that injects code into all PHP files (not just WordPress) on a compromised server under several popular shared hosting providers.

   Remain calm and carefully follow this guide. When you're done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.
