   Everything seems to be in working order with my new theme, except the hr above the footer. It only spans about an inch of the screen. The only Safari browser I have access to is my sister's laptop. I haven't tested the theme at all with a *NIX machine. Any ideas what's causing the hr issue in Safari? Anything else you see that needs tweaking?

   I removed the <hr> and added a border-top attribute to the footer div. That fixed it. I still don't know why the horizontal rule wasn't showing correctly, though.
