   hello!
   i used this: http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_Horizontal_Menus
   to create a horizontal link menu that i'd like to be place on top of my header image.

   the only problem is, at the defaults, the list is in the middle of the page. when i try to adjust the margins to move it to the left and down, the whole header image moves with it.

   further, when i adjust the browser window, when it gets to the list, it moves the whole list so instead of the elements being horizontal, they collapse downwards, almost like the browser window is pushing it down.

   i would link to my site but it's a live site and i make adjustments offline.
   if i can provide any more info, i will gladly do so.

   We need a link to the site. Every theme is different and we really need to be able to see your site so that we aren't guessing.
