   Hi,

   I need to place a function in a hook that runs before any capibility check and 'no permission' redirect.

   And also I need to place another function at the very last time possible.

   The idea is to change a user's capibility according to a custom db table, and then maybe change it back to where it was.

   So, if anyone can understand what I'm trying to say here, please come up with two suitable hooks for me.
