Homepage per user editing

The title is very bad, I couldn’t think of anything that would describe my situation.
Anyway, I am building a club website for my school, and with WP, everything is going extremely well. The club is a joint operation with a bunch of schools in the US and Canada. My problem is that I want to setup something so that teachers from others schools (For example, Schools A,B, and C) to be able to edit the homepage. Naturally, this isn’t much of a problem. However, if you take a look at the site, you’ll see that the layout isn’t very good.
You might want to go to the site “http://www.ngynasa.com“, so that the next little bit will make sense
I want to create a setup where a teacher from school “A” can login to the WP admin and edit the homepage with their new content. However, the changes that they make can only be to parts that they originally added. Also, when they add new content, I want the the name of the school added before the the content. Furthermore, I want to be able to implement a little thumbnail box that will embed a picture of their choice at the beginning of their content.
For example, teacher “A” logs in and creates a new entry as such:
<picture goes here> – School A – A virtual interview with all the astronauts in the ISS.
Also, they shouldn’t be able to see the content of the others schools in the editor – meaning they can only edit and see their content. However, the actual site should display everything that is on the page by all the schools.
Everything on the site right now is done manually, and considering that a lot of my teachers are not too tech savvy, I don’t want them to be editing stuff they shouldn’t be.
Thanks in advance for any help by anyone. This is actually a really troubling situation for me. If any clarification or extra details are needed, please ask.
Thanks again
