Homepage only permalinks have changed

Hi

I was trying to setup a astore Amazon online shop on my site, and some how its changed / redirected my home page permalink and redirects to the page I setup for the store (which I have now deleted).

Any tips on getting it back to normal, do I change my permalinks, save them, them save them back again.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I have checked all my settings for the home page and its fine.
