Homepage Meta Description Missing & Title Doubled on google search

Hi, I am using the Yoast SEO plugin to set my homepage title and meta description. On a google search my Site Title repeats itself and the meta description defaults to a description of my most recent post as opposed to my defined meta description.
When I look at the coding in firebug my title repeats itself – it says HelpingFibromyalgiaHelpingFibromyalgia.
My meta description is defined.

Can someone help me? Please 🙂
