   I have attempted to re-create my site on a new domain and it seems to be working well so far. http://www.success-matrix.com/blog/

   However the homepage http://www.success-matrix.com is redirecting to the homepage of the old site installation.

   Any ideas on what needs to be changed in the database or otherwise?

   You can find this under Settings -- General in the Dashboard.

   OR

   Go to Appearance -- Menus and see if there is a custom link for homepage that is sending them to the old menu.

   I thought similar and did change Dashboard > Settings > General, however it didn't fix it.

   I'm not using Appearance > Menu's.

   I've checked my redirection plugin and it's not that.

   Any other ideas much appreciated.

   Not sure how but it seems to have resolved. Maybe the db take a while to notice the change of url.
