Homepage and new posts are not indexed

Hello there. Recently I came up with a google results problem. Previously, I used to use the platinum seo plugin and then I realised that I have duplicate meta tags. One from the plugin and one manual. I deleted the manual, deactivated the plugin and finally installed the yoast seo. The fact is that whenever I search for my website’s posts in google, there are only old ones and not the new. In addition, the homepage titles displays a irrelevant category, whereas the description only the link. The fact is that googlebot crawled my website 13 hours ago and nothing changed. What seems to be the issue?
