My home page displays exceprts of posts and for some reason the text on my home page comes out as one big clump of text, no paragraphs. It's not like this on the full post page. Any ideas of how I can get paragraphs to show up on the home page please? url is http://www.alignedandthriving.com.

that's how excerpts function. They strip out images, links, formatting, etc.
You could edit your themes index.php and swap the_excerpt to the_content. That would then show full posts with formatting, etc
