Hi vicktory0318,
the three paragraphs at the bottom of the front page (and at the bottom of every sub-page) are actually Footer Widgets. When on Administration Screen, go to Appearance -> Widgets. On the right side look for banners that say "Footer 1", "Footer 2", "Footer 3", "Footer 4". Those are the four paragraphs at the bottom of the page. If you want to display plain text, just add the "Text Widget" from the list on the left (click and drag it to the Footer banner of your choice). You can play around with other widgets too - there is plenty to choose from ;). Don't forget to save when you finish.
Regarding the product description appearing on the top of the page I am almost certain you added some kind of styling to the product description text. The Balita theme doesn't work well with styled contents. Every <span> or <object> (which are used for styling text - adding color and such, and embedding say youtube videos) will brake the layout of the page and the product description text will also show in the top left corner of the page. I am currently looking for a workaround to be able to have styled text in description, but have not yet managed to do so. The only solution I know of at the moment is to use plain text with minimal styling (bold, italic, Header 1, Header 2, Header 3....).
