thanks for using MH Purity lite.
You probably haven’t configured the theme properly. Please be aware that the widgets won’t show up unless you haven’t selected the “Homepage” template as template for your page. And if you want to use the widgetized page as your front page, you also need to set it as your static front page.
The “Quick Setup Guide” might be helpful or you can have a look at the documentation for the premium version, as the basic setup is the same.
Yes I did select homepage as template but I didn’t create an empty homepage. I did and now is fine. But I would like the slider not to change size with every image. Thank you for your help.

The slider won’t change size if you’ve uploaded images in proper size (at least 650 x 276px) and when you’ve uploaded images that meet the minimum requirements and still have issues, you’ll need to regenerate your thumbnails.
