I've researched for hours and hours and cannot figure this out. My header and home page posts repeat themselves on the home page so that it looks like my blog is posted twice in a row. I've tried editing in the style sheet, but though I delete the repeated code, the text either remains with no change, or it is deleted but on the visual side, the duplicate still shows up.
Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this? This happened two days ago. I would be forever grateful. :)
My site is http://www.professiongal.com/ and my theme is Custom Community.
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Thank you. I'm sure this is a really stupid question, but I deactivated all plugins and that didn't solve the problem, so I'm going to try changing the theme. Here's my question: if I switch the theme will it be difficult to switch back and keep my design, updated posts, etc?

Ok, I tried all of these options. I confirmed that it's not the plugins, and I tried switching the theme to Twenty Eleven and that worked. So, it must be a problem with the Custom Community Theme. I'm going to contact Themecraft to see what the deal is with this theme.
