Home page problem

    Hi,

    I’m a new convert to WordPress. I had installed WordPress a week or so ago and played about with it for a couple of days. I went back to it today and found the following message when I visited the site:

    hello install link

    The link heads off to a test.html page in the wp-admin folder that doesn’t exist now (if it even ever did).

    I couldn’t work out what was wrong so I took the thing down, deleted the database and installed version 3.0. I still though get the same message when I visit.

    I can go to the dashboard and view posts that I create fine, it seems, just no joy when I go to the homepage.

    Hmm…well on my other machine all does seem to be fine now. On the one I’m on the error still comes up when I’m using Firefox, but its fine with IE and Chrome. I’ll try my work one tommorrow.

    So, yup seems to be working now.
