Home page not found!?

    Hi,
    I am running on 3.2.1 and I uploaded a theme that I’ve purchased from theme forest everything works just fine but I seem to have problems with my home page, every time you click on it it says Error 404
    The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know. Try go to the home? and then there is a link for the home page. Is it possible for me to fix this problem?
    I am terribly new to this please help!?
