    Hi
    I'm new to WordPress. I am following along with some instructional videos
    but it doesn't always make sense yet.
    I'm using the Twenty Eleven theme. Problem:
    I have created 4 pages one being the home page. When I go to Pages>All pages
    it shows just the 4 I created. In the navigation bar however there is a Home page I didn't create (along with the one I did. When you click on it it has the old 'Hello world' copy etc.
    I can't figure out how to get rid of it.
    Help.
    Thanls

    add this to functions.php of your child theme:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes#Using_functions.php

    function my_page_menu_args( $args ) {
    	$args['show_home'] = false;
    	return $args;
    }
    add_filter( 'wp_page_menu_args', 'my_page_menu_args' );

    or activate and use the custom menu; http://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_Screen

    Thanks!
    I don't understand the first part but I went to Appearance>Menus
    and deleted the default? Home page then arranged mine in the proper
    order.
    I appreciate your help.
