Home Page Doesn't Reflect Changes

I adjusted the theme options for the home page on my site to include an image and a section of text on that first text block. The changes show properly to the live site when I am logged into wordpress but when I am not logged it, it just shows the static “Hello World” text with the desktop/tablet/phone image. It is just this box that seems static. The three widgets below function properly as does the nav bar.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. The site is http://www.homewarrantypolicy.org.
