Home page content shifts right compared to other site pages (7 posts)

I'm building this site using the Responsive Full Page Slider child theme: http://www.atlanticwiringgroup.com.

I'm not sure how to explain my problem but here it goes...

The home page content is off by a few pixels to the right. When I view any of the other pages (Services, About, Contact), the content is positioned a few pixels to the left. I haven't activated any plugins. I've modified the CSS to increase the margin around the header (#logo - margin 15px 0) and float it right and hide elements that I don't want to display (.powered, .scroll-top, .widget-wrapper) in the footer and home page.

Any suggestions on where I might be going wrong?

Where did you download the parent theme from?

I downloaded the parent theme from WordPress.org. I downloaded the child theme from http://themeid.com/public/responsive-full-content.zip.

In that case, try asking on the theme's dedicated forum: http://cyberchimps.com/forum/free/responsive/
You should get a faster & more informed response there.

I tried to registering on the Cyber Chimps site but I'm getting the following errors:

    ERROR: Invalid session status.
    ERROR: Invalid IP address.
    ERROR: Fake user.
    ERROR: Registration stopped by Sabre.

I've gone to the site through different computers and am still getting the above messages. There doesn't look like any other means to contact their support people. Any further insight?

Not that I know of. I can only suggest that you contact them about this forum issue first.

your site is inaccessible at the moment -
generally, maky sure that the shift is not caused by the vertical browser scrollbar
