When i log out of my admin area for the site i get error 404 on my homepage. but when im logged in i get the homepage up?
I have put my site visibility as ask search engines not to search this site because im still building it, is this a issue?
Much appreciate any body that can help, easy for someone that knows what there doing!
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

If i deactivate all plugins will it delete all my settings on the plugins?
No - that shouldn't happen but you may want to record your plugin's settings just in case.
