   Everytime I try to go to my home page I get redirected to the same post. I tried deactivating all of my plugins and messed with the permalinks and nothing is working... any ideas?

   Have you tried:

   - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

   - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

   The weird thing is that with chrome my site works perfect, but internet explorer and firefox I get redirected. Super confusing?

   Have you tried emptying the cache and clearing cookies in all 3 browsers?
