Home page

Another question!!
When I open the site the only way to get back to the home page after navigating through the other pages ive created on the navigation bar, was by clicking on logo at the top so I created a new page, titled home. Now the two pages are different and I can’t edit the txt on the custom home page. Can I have the custom one as my home page but have an option on the navigation bar to go back to home?
