Home button donot redirect to statis page

    WP 3.5.1 Mystique theme 3.2.2

    Static page and a blog pages are defined.

    When blog button is pressed in the static home page, it shows the blog entries as expected.

    But, when the user presses home button in the blog index, it directs to blog index rather then the static home page.

    How to diagnose ?

    “permalinks” defined as : postname as recommended by codex.
